Elizabeth is a certified Nurse Practitioner with over 16 years of nursing experience and 9 years of experience practicing as an NP in Internal medicine and family practice. Elizabeth graduated from Cumberland University in 2006 with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and she graduated from Austin Peay University in 2013 with a Master of Science in Nursing. Elizabeth is a native of Warren County; she is married with five children.
