Family Care Clinic utilizes a team-oriented, multi-channel approach to health care. The best care is given when all of our health care providers work together to address the health of the patient as a whole.  There is no one-size-fits-all approach when it comes to your mental health. We have a mental health team that consists of licensed clinical social workers who work together with our providers with ongoing therapy, resources, and medication management. 

 

For a variety of mental health concerns, short-term therapy, medication management, and brief interventions can be offered. Common mental health areas include:

Family Care Clinic

Located on North Chancery Street in McMinnville, Family Care Clinic is where patients can receive walk-in care. With no appointment necessary, we are able to provide on-demand care within normal operating hours. We also provide flexible business hours, allowing care to be provided after many people’s workday ends.

Two Locations to Provide Care

McMinnville’s Family Care Clinic now serves patients at two locations. We currently have an active facility for walk-in patients at North Chancery Street. Whereas, Family Care Wellness will serve as the location for our primary care patients. Current patients will continue to see their providers at our new facility, located on Oak Park.
