Allison Butler, FNP-C   

Allison Butler is a certified Nurse Practitioner with over 5 years of nursing experience.  Allison graduated from SUNY Plattsburgh University in 2016 with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and she graduated from Samford University in 2021 with a Master of Science in Nursing.  Allison is a native of New York but has been residing in the middle TN area for 6 years.
